The story behind "Soliel"

Okay, okay...I've drawn the moon about 612 times.  I've not drawn the sun (or Soliel).  I figured the sun had to be older than the moon of earth.  So I wanted him to look very aged.  Don't forget that I hate to draw faces.  I think I got the "weathered" look here.  If he looks evil...good.  But that's not what I was going for.  It's an added bonus.  I added spikes for the freak effect!
